WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY — COMWAY EQUIPMENT
At Global Arete Distributors (Pty) Ltd, we stand behind the precision and reliability of our hardware. Please review our mandatory warranty terms and reporting procedures for all COMWAY Equipment below.
1. Two-Year Limited Warranty All brand-new COMWAY Equipment carries a comprehensive 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, hardware faults, and component malfunctions under normal operational use. It does not cover damage caused by negligence, physical drops, liquid spills, power surges, or unauthorized tempering.
2. Strict 48-Hour Reporting Window Upon receiving your shipment, it is the buyer’s responsibility to immediately inspect and test the hardware. Any issues, faults, or physical defects found with new equipment must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. * How to report: Send an email immediately to service@global-arete.com.

What to include: Please provide your original invoice number, equipment serial number, and a brief description (along with photos or video, if applicable) of the problem.
3. Resolution Protocol Once your issue has been logged with our service department within the 48-hour window, our technical team will review the claim. We will then make all further necessary arrangements to sort the issue out efficiently. Depending on the nature of the issue, this may include remote support, technical repair, or a product replacement.
4. General Exclusions Returns or exchange requests based on a change of mind, ordering an incorrect model, or reports made outside of the strict 48-hour out-of-box window will not be accepted. All authorized returns must include the original, unaltered factory packaging, accessories, and documentation.
