Global Arete Distributors (Pty) Ltd (Arete Global) assumes no liability or responsibility for goods that are lost, missing, or damaged during transit. 3. Delivery Insurance (Highly Recommended) Because standard shipping is completely at the buyer's risk, we strongly advise protecting your investment. In order to fully insure your delivery against damage or loss during transit, you must choose the "Insured" option under the freight/shipping configurations during the checkout process.

By completing your purchase under any uninsured shipping tier, you acknowledge and agree that Arete Global will not be held responsible for transit issues, and any inquiries regarding damage or missing goods must be resolved directly with the courier service.
